I have been active in the real estate industry since 1982. In my first 25 years I was associated with Grubb and Ellis Commercial and RE/MAX Gold Commercial in California. My primary focus was in investment brokerage with an emphasis in representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties including office, industrial, medical and self storage facilities. Since relocating to Carson City in 2014 I have gained great satisfaction in assisting buyers and sellers in the purchase, sale and 1031 Exchange of both land and residential properties. During my real estate career I have completed in excess of $165 M in transactions. I have earned many certifications and degrees through my educational background including; JD Degree from McGeorge School of Law, and a BS Degree in Business Administration from Cal State Sacramento. I possess a Real Estate Broker License in both Nevada RED# BS.145390 and California DRE# 0415465.
